The Tallman Fire Department was dispatched to a request for extrication at the intersection of Route 202 and Spook Rock Road. Route 202 was closed in both directions, and units responded on Spook Rock Road. Ramapo PD, Rockland Paramedics and Ramapo Valley Ambulance personnel were on scene as well.
